Start Early

Book your rentals as soon as your event date is confirmed. This ensures the best availability and gives time to plan every detail. 

Know What You Need

Make a list based on your guest count. If you're not sure how much to rent, don't worry- we'll guide you through it!

Share the Full Picture

Let us know about the event location, delivery access, timing, and setup needs. The more details you share, the better we can serve you.

Review the Quote & Agreement

Take a few minutes to check your quote and rental agreement. Look out for delivery/pickup times, damage policies, and return instructions.

Prepare for Delivery

Make sure someone is on-site during delivery and pick up. Clear paths so the process goes smoothly.

Ask Questions Anytime

If you're unsure about anything-from item sizes to setup timing-just ask. Good communication leads to great results.

Explore the FAQs to ensure you're well-prepared to embark on your event journey with us.

  • Tables, chairs and pop up tents rental periods are 24 hours and our Inflatable Night Club has a 5 hour rental period

  • Diamond legacy is a delivery only rental service, our customers do not have the option to pick up. The delivery fee is calculated by distance from where we are located in Calumet City, IL to where your event is located. For tables, chairs and pop up tents we will drop off at an agreed upon time, then pick up 24 hours later at the same time. Our Inflatable Night Club is delivered at an agreed upon time as well and picked up 5 hours later.

  • Yes! After the initial 5 hours, you can rent the Inflatable Night Club for only $100 per hour until 12am

  • Of course we set up pop up tents and the Inflatable Night Club but we do not arrange tables and chairs

  • Yes! Tables, chairs and pop up tents can be rented for more than 24 hours. You will only be charged for the amount equipment per day with NO delivery fee. The Inflatable Night Club can only be rented for 5 hours with added time until 12am
